      Delivery Details

      Orders for STOCKED items that are placed before 1pm can be dispatched that day, the expected delivery days are as follows:

      Our carriers may deliver anytime Monday-Friday from 8:00am until 6:30pm. If you place an order please make sure that someone is available to receive it, or advice us where the carrier may safely leave the goods.

      Non-stocked items and those made to order, will be dispatched on your chosen service as soon as they are available to do so.

      If there is any sort of problem regarding dispatch, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

      Orders placed on bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.

      Prices for the two main delivery options are shown below, but please note the following:

      •     These apply only to UK mainland (excluding the Highlands and Grampians, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Channel Islands).
      •     These carriage charges apply only to orders placed via the website.
      •     Some products are subject to carrier surcharges

      Damaged Parcel

      Upon receipt, please ensure that any damage is recorded by the carrier. Mudfords aim to package goods in such a way as to protect them during transport, but if you do not clearly note that there is a problem, we cannot hold the carrier responsible. If the damage looks severe you may reject the delivery with the carrier and they wlll then return the goods to Mudfords.

      Payment for orders placed on the website will be taken through PayPal or Worldpay via the following options: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, and Debit Cards.
