I loved talking with the team as they always kept me in loop but I had issues with the shipping Mudfords used (Royal Mail) as Royal Mail called me to complain that I hadn’t received the package when they shipped it three times to me. When in actuality I had not received no email, no text message and no leaflet through the door acknowledging that they had even come, I didn’t even know the shipping number that Royal Mail had given my parcel and had to go back and forwards for a few days. But overall glad that the issue was solved and we received the package after having to drive 25miles to receive it. But the overall product is very good quality and would recommend other then the shipping.
