Q. Am I able to collect my order?

- Certain orders can be collected from  Unit 1 Orgreave Way, Sheffield, S13 9LS

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

- We accept, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. 

Q. I can't find the product I am looking for?

- If you cant find the product that you are looking for through our menu system, try the search bar at the top as that showcases all the products that we have on our website. If that fails, give our sales team a call and they will be able to resolve your matter. 

Q. What is your return policy?

- If it occurs that a product is found faulty upon receipt, we will refund or replace the product without charge. To speed this process up we request an image of the faulty item to evaluate. 

- If you are not satisfied with the goods that you have purchased or you have changed your mind, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the goods back to Mudfords. Please inform us in writing or via email in 14 days of the purchase. 

Q. What is the standard delivery time?

- Standard Delivery can be selected at check out when an order is placed before orders will be processed the working day with an estimated delivery time of 3 working days.

- Non stocked or bespoke items will be dispatched on your chosen day or as soon as they are available.

Q. Do you deliver overseas?

- Unfortunately we do not deliver overseas.

Q. Will my order include a sales receipt?

- For our larger orders, a sale receipt is provided however if it is a smaller delivery by a courier, you will receive a delivery note. 

Q. Is VAT included in the products?

- VAT is included on all the products at the check out process.

Q. Do we ship orders to the Scottish Highlands?

- Good news! We do ship to the Highlands, extras charges may apply and please contact us for shipping rates before purchasing.
