Bespoke Haulage Manufacturer - Tension Curtains

At Mudfords, we are an industry leading manufacturer with a superb reputation  of supplying a variety of Haulage Products and more specifically Trailer Curtains which we have been producing for over 40 years. We can manufacture products such as Standard Curtains, Pocketed Curtains or Bespoke items to best suit the client and company needs. 

Some of the tension curtains that we are able to manufacture are Standard Tension Curtains, Insulation Tension Curtains, Double Thick Tension Curtains, Pocketed Tension Curtains. 

Standard Tension Curtain 

The standard Tension Curtain that we provide is manufactured from a 900gsm heavy duty cloth but this is subject to change in line with the clients specifications, we also offer horizontal and vertical bands depending on the vehicle along with a choice of buckles. 

Insulation Tension Curtains 

This product is the basic standard tension curtain that we offer with all the specification available that are listed above, however these curtains also include insulation materials as well as another layer of PVC on the back of the curtain to keep the heat out of the curtain and maintain the cold in it.  

Double Thick Tension Curtains 

Our Double Thick Tension Curtain is manufactured for its extra strength, all of the roller bands are reinforced for extra strength.

Pocketed Tension Curtains 

Mudfords can manufacture these curtains to specification including three pockets to weave the straps through. These curtains like our standard ones are made from 900gsm PVC with triple eyelets every two feet.

Printing, Designing & Fitting

We offer full in house design for your tension curtains so they can be to the exact requirements that you want them. We can sign write whatever logo or wording that you wish to have on the curtains. We also offer a full-colour digital print service as well. 

Trailer Pelmets 

We are now selling numerous sizes of  Trailer Pelmets that can help provide full protection against the roller mechanism of the curtain whilst helping provide a weather seal from the fabric the curtain is made from.
